Proverbs 22:8-10

⁸ He who ^(A)sows iniquity will reap vanity,
And the ^(B)rod of his fury will perish.
⁹ He who ^[a]is ^(C)generous will be blessed,
For he ^(D)gives some of his food to the poor.
^10 (E)Drive out the scoffer, and contention will go out,
Even strife and dishonor will cease.
